What is raccoon eviction fluid?

Eliminating critters from your home is one of the things that can give you sleepless nights. Raccoons can be a nuisance in the sense that they can be very destructive and they can also transmit pests and diseases. One of the methods that can be applied in the eviction of the raccoon is the raccoon eviction fluid.

One of the things that you need to note about this fluid is the fact that you can only use it in the female raccoons with young ones living in the attic. Like many other mammals, the males usually love to dominate and when they find that the female already has young ones, he may kill them si as to make the female go back on heat and reproduce his own babies. The fluid is made using male urine and when a female smells this, she may take it as a danger sign and leave the attic relocating the young ones to safety. It is important to note that this repellent doesn’t always work and there isn’t anything like a raccoon repellent that is all purpose.

Usually, the repellent comes in fluid form and this is what you need to pour on different mediums such as rags soaking them up. These then need to be tossed into different areas within the attic. A little can also be poured at the exit/entry points. There are various ways in which you can get this eviction fluid and most can be purchased online. You only need to find a good place where you can get the best fluid. Wild animals are not the ones that can be kept as pets in homes. These are also not allowed to be entered in homes, attic, or any place where the human are to move about. This is just because of the threats and dangers which is caused by the wild animal’s presence.

When the repellent doesn’t work, you should go ahead and use the normal process of raccoon removal. Because babies are involved, you have to remove them by hand. If you get to the babies before trapping the mother, you can use them as a bait to get her into the trap.

Raccoon eviction fluid is usually made out of gland secretions or the male raccoon urine. You can find this product as either a paste or a liquid. Male raccoons are a threat to young ones.

When the female raccoon feels threatened in her den area, moving the babies usually feels like the best thing to do even though it is a gamble as they may end up being exposed to even more dangers.
